This session provides an in-depth look at a large-scale, ongoing MES training project designed to ensure seamless implementation across multiple business units. Initiated in 2022 and projected for completion by 2029, the project encompasses a large-scale training initiative that will systematically roll out MES training and readiness measures across five business units, each with approximately 300 stakeholders—totaling around 1,000 individuals. This phased approach aims to train employees to a specific skill level, or “sweet spot,” necessary to prevent knowledge gaps that could otherwise lead to reduced output and substantial financial setbacks—outcomes the company is determined to avoid.
