Dr. Dieter Peters is a senior industry executive and thought leader in operations with deep insights into the chemical and pharmaceutical industry based on his 30+ years of experience. His expertise includes turn arounds, restructuring, and business growth particular in the operations area. Among other successes, during his time at Grünenthal he managed to grow the bottom line of the company by high double digit million dollars. He retired from Grünenthal at the end of June 2018 after 16 years having been responsible for global operations, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain. Prior to that he led manufacturing, quality and R&D organizations at Hoechst AG in Germany and the Netherlands. At Celanese AG in the USA he was site director, global six sigma champion, and leader of the corporate On-Stream-Reliability Program. He now provides advice to senior executives and companies as President of “Make Profit Growth Happen".
