I started my sales career with 2 international roles; 1 working in the UK for OnGuard and the other one working for ORSYP where I supported the build of a Benelux office. Both of these work experiences gave me great skills in sales fundamentals, such as cold calling, leading go-to-market campaigns and executive outreach.
The desire in dealing with larger enterprises, led me to join Hewlett-Packard.
At HPE I got a great view on how larger organizations operate. I learned that improvement in business can only come when one is open to personal change. I look for ways to improve my business acumen and found a success in a course in negotiation skills.
I have learned the US centric view of running a business and know how to apply that in European environment.
As a VP of Sales and CRO I am now all about continuing to drive business outcomes and driving disruptive change. All that counts is the customer, their story and our ability to translate that into successful partnership. I am looking to make things happen and leverage internal resources
