Gagan rejoins Rockwell Automation as vice president, Life Sciences, Global Industry Accounts. With more than 25 years of professional and leadership experience, she has spent her career focused on strategic partnerships, operational excellence, organizational leadership in sales and service organizations and customer-focused technologies to drive manufacturing excellence, particularly in the life sciences industry.

Gagan has held roles of increasing scope and responsibility spanning multiple critical disciplines, such as operations management, global business development, investor relations, life sciences sales & marketing and strategic partnerships, at global leading companies, including at GE Plastics, Emerson Process Management, Rockwell Automation and Oracle Corporation.

Gagan has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Missouri, Rolla and a master’s degree in technology commercialization from the University of Texas, Austin. She has received many professional excellence awards through her many roles and holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She lives in the Los Angeles area and will remain based there.
