As Senior Manager Operational Technology, I support the MES team, the greater OT team, and our IT organization as we maintain and enhance our systems, including the MES-ERP interface, MES master recipes for our tech transfers, and our GxP LIMS. I help the team and our users figure out what they need and evaluate new systems to fill those gaps.
