What is the pop in your job? What drives you? What is your passion? "From a business prospective, I want to see the Web evolve to help make everyone's life better.  This means getting the right organizations involved to have the discussions needed to drive the evolution of the Web.  Having conversations with such organizations and understanding how the Web can make their solutions better for themselves and their customers on a daily basis is the win for me."
