Sami has been working in the pharmaceutical industry since 2001, with extensive experience in digital operations, system implementation, and GMP-compliant production processes. Since 2003, he has served as an SAP Key User, specializing in Warehouse Management and Production Execution, with expertise in SAP configuration and process development.

With over 10 years of supervisory experience, Sami combines strong leadership and team management skills with a deep understanding of project execution, system implementations, and process improvements in regulated environments. He currently serves as Development Manager and Business Expert, leading the implementation of new digital operations in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Sami has specialized knowledge in POMSnet MES, including building templates and worksheets, configuring systems to pharmaceutical requirements, and managing dispensing and EBR operations. He has overseen several POMSnet version implementations.

Known for his comprehensive understanding of both operational and digital aspects of pharmaceutical production, Sami combines technical expertise, leadership, and a positive, solution-focused mentality to drive excellence in pharmaceutical operations.
