Sean has over 10 years of experience designing and implementing IT solutions supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations in the life sciences industry.  Most recently, he has been leading a global program to roll out MES to 10 sites across three continents for AstraZeneca, a top 20 pharmaceutical company.  As part of such a large deployment, Sean has put a focus on standardizing implementation methodology and application requirements as well as driving business process harmonization in order to deliver a change-ready solution at industry leading speed and cost without compromising quality.  The result has been measurable improvement in product quality and reduction lead times where MES has been implemented.
