My role at VISIOTT involves not only supporting the end users with their software malfunctions or user errors, but also finding the root cause to provide permanent solutions. I also participate in technical alignment meetings with new customers, visit customer sites, create project plans, and support the installation and commissioning of the new equipment. Additionally, I represent the company at trade shows, deliver speeches, and collaborate with peers across rival companies. My goal is to connect with customers and foster internal teamwork, while contributing to the improvement and innovation of the track and trace solutions.
